Anchored Coffee Company is a local coffee shop that has made it their mission to support the community’s first responders. The company serves fresh coffee from local roasters, including sweet and savory scratch-baked goods with a French influence. The coffee brand has grown to include a total of four locations across Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, and they’re not done yet. Their bakery location offer a wide variety of pastries, ranging from croissants, scones, and muffins to unique cake flavors. Anchored Coffee Company provides services beyond just in-store purchases — they also cater special events with their bakery delights and serve as a popular spot for customers to enjoy a quick pick-me-up. The company’s dedication to freshness, quality, and community makes it a beloved coffeehouse among both locals and tourists.

Our locations
451 W. Dalton Avenue, CDA
The Dalton stand is our original location. It used to house more baking than it was built for, but now it is mainly two drive up windows, and one walk up. We offer a full menu at Dalton, and we are able to fulfill drink and food orders from here.
930 W. Ironwood Avenue, CDA
The Ironwood stand is our little stand that can! The team at Ironwood stays so busy serving a full drink menu and a large selection of food. We fill drink orders for deliver in the Ironwood corridor. The Ironwood team also produces alot of our social media, these gals are super talented.
3200 N. spokane St, Ste 105, Post Falls
The Anchored Bakery is the new hub of our food production. Here we make all the baked goods and burritos (so many burritos!). We deliver all of our catering, wholesale, and large customer orders from the Bakery. We have a full coffee bar and all the energy drinks!
3300 Aviation Way, Hayden
The Anchored Cafe at the Stancraft Jet Center is our newest endeavor. It is an exciting partnership between two great local brands. The Cafe is an intimate setting to enjoy our custom locally roasted coffee and some of our scratch made breakfast and lunch foods. The Stancraft Jet Center is open to the public and our staff is excited to serve you.
Hi, I’m Kassi.
I’m the daughter of an ISP trooper, wife to a local business owner, and mother to 3 gorgeous mini-me’s. Before developing Anchored, I managed and grew a local coffee chain for a number of years. I have helped manage and streamline operations for a number of area businesses. Anchored is born of my desire to help our first responders. Coffee is just the vehicle.
