Intro to Sourdough Bread making.

Join us Sunday, April 7th at the Bakery with Jalen for a hands on beginner's sourdough class from 5-7:30pm.

Jalen will be going over how to care for a starter, grow it, and bake from it! This class IS HANDS ON. You'll be participating in each step as we have delicious snacks and beverages.

Cost is $125 for this 2.5 hour class, and you will get to take home Kassi's favorite sourdough cookbook, a starter of your own, dough ready to proof and bake at home, and a fresh baked loaf of sourdough bread.

 Anchored Bakery's techniques come directly from owner Kassi Allen's Italian baking tour, and now we're teaching you, as you get your hands into the dough and shape each step yourself.
